Getting started in adult gymnastics is best when you have access to a vibrant community. When I started, I relied on the “adult cult” that embraced me in my first gym experience. Since then, many online resources have been established that offer that same support, inspiration and motivation.
Whether you’re trying to find a new gym, you have a question to ask the hive mind or just need a little more information, this page offers resources that have helped me to help connect deeper to the community.
These are wonderful groups that have a wealth of knowledge and inspiration for recreational and competitive adult flippers.
