Oooff. All gymnasts deal with injuries. Some large, some small.
Adult gymnasts are possibly even more susceptible to injuries. When we get them, we have more at stake, since we have the responsibility of taking care of ourselves, our families, our jobs, etc.

It’s August 2023. I chuck a roundoff-back tuck onto a squishy mat. I feel and hear SNAP in my foot.
